The place to find Movie gifs to use and amuse.
In the creation of both CHANDLER SWAIN REVIEWS and SHADOWS IN FOCUS: A SERIOUS FILM JOURNAL, there are hundreds of movie related gifsĀ created, most of which remain unused. Instead of simply discarding such a resource, it seemed practical to offer them up to anyone who wishes to download them as use them as they see fit. Hope you find something on the following pages that will be of interest and use to you. New offerings will arrive daily. Have fun.

Bunny Lake is Missing/Laurence Olivier, Carol Lynley
I’ve never used a gif. To me, most technical achievements are magical spells I’d never be able to use. I would love to “steal” some of these, but don’t know what to do or how to do it. As you can tell from my site, I’m not very tech savvy.
Hey Bijoux-
Don’t feel bad, I still use a manual typewriter, or a quill pen if I have an inkwell handy. Anyway, I think it’s fairly easy to lift these things off of the page- but let me know if it doesn’t work and I’ll fix it- merely point the mouse arrow to the desired gif and left click onto Save Image As, then just click that and it should transfer the gif to your file for use. (or whatever you want to use them for- please! If these are being traded for intercontinental secrets, I don’t want to know.) Remember, they have to be reproduced full size to remain active.
Thank You!! I did a test run of the Hair Raising Hare (one of my favorite Bugs Bunny shorts) and it worked. I feel smarter already. As for my intercontinental secrets, I won’t say a word, but I’m sure you’ll notice I had to change my name again. But you know not only my many aliases, you know my real name, which makes you a co-conspirator.
Bijoux Alexanderplatz-The Mini-Series,
How delightful to hear that the machineries of the page are working smoothly and not disrupting your nefarious schemes to plot against an unsuspecting civilization, eh Moriarty? (I wish someone would really come up with a world domination plot using Victorian era hot air balloons, massively conspicuous steam driven devices and a particular lady of fallen reputation named Polly. Back to the drawing boards…)
